MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

What Is PGH Mentorship About?
Hockey today can feel overwhelming for both players and parents. With so many levels, development paths, and pressures, it’s easy to feel unsure about what comes next.
The PGH Mentorship Program provides personalized guidance and support to help families better understand the game, the development process, and the opportunities available to their player.
Through ongoing support, players and families can gain clarity, make informed decisions, and build a clear path toward long-term development and success — both on and off the ice.
How It Works
Once enrolled, your family is paired with your own PGH Mentor who stays connected with you every month. You’ll have direct access when questions come up, and each check-in focuses on reviewing progress, breaking down habits, and building a clear plan for development.
Whether it’s hockey IQ, confidence, tryout strategy, or long-term planning, your mentor helps you understand the “why” behind every decision so your player is always moving forward with purpose.
