The PGH Mentorship Program gives your family a trusted advisor who understands the game, understands the system, and knows how to guide players toward long-term success.
Your PGH Mentor becomes the person you go to for clarity, honest feedback, and direction — helping your player grow both on and off the ice.
How It Works
Once enrolled, your family is paired with your own PGH Mentor who stays connected with you every month. You’ll have direct access when questions come up, and each check-in focuses on reviewing progress, breaking down habits, and building a clear plan for development.
Whether it’s hockey IQ, confidence, tryout strategy, or long-term planning, your mentor helps you understand the “why” behind every decision so your player is always moving forward with purpose.
